Doctor on the Edge
Public health doctor 도지의 arrives on 편동도, a notorious island everyone avoids, where he meets nurse 육하리, who harbours a secret. As they save lives and come to understand each other, they gradually heal one another’s wounds.

Directed by 이명우, whose work spans hit dramas including 「소년시대」, 「어느 날」, 「편의점 샛별이」 and 「열혈사제」. With a lively rhythm and a warm perspective, he depicts the characters’ wounds and evolving relationships with sensitivity and vitality.

Sarah Beetson is a British-born artist and fashion illustrator based in Australia.
She layers spray paint, tissue, collage and drawing by hand on paper, wood, photographs and fabric. Vivid colour, intricate patterns and materials that clash and harmonise form the distinctive visual language of Sarah Beetson’s work.

Painting wounds, acceptance and blossoming
A Korean artist depicting an individual’s wounds, acceptance and blossoming through acrylic brushstrokes and ink lines.
ZionJ sees unplanned brushstrokes as the unpredictable events and traces that life leaves behind. Rather than erasing or concealing them, he draws figures over them in ink, creating beings who learn to live as themselves again.

After production and inspection, the artist signs each work and adds its edition number. Final paper and printing specifications will be announced after confirmation by the workshop, artist and rights holder.
Timed edition information
This release offers the first 20 copies out of a maximum of 50 per artwork. Quantities for later releases will be announced separately. During the sales period, only the work number based on order sequence is recorded. Once the full sales period ends, the final edition size is determined by the actual number sold. Certificates of authenticity stating that final edition size will be issued and sent after the full sales period ends. This certificate schedule is separate from the schedule for ARKPIA’s online authentication and ownership records for individual edition copies.

ARKPIA links reviewed and approved original artworks to a unique serial number, a digital fingerprint based on artwork information, and an initial ownership record. After delivery, the buyer of an original requests an ownership transfer. Once the current owner checks the artwork and supporting evidence and approves the transfer, the buyer is recorded as the current owner in ARKPIA’s ownership history.

Submitting a transfer request alone does not change the current owner. The final edition size is confirmed after the full sales period ends. Ownership of an artwork and copyright are separate.

Estimated dispatch timeline
For both originals and editions, ZionJ works are expected to be dispatched approximately one month after this release’s funding closes; Sarah Beetson works within up to approximately three months. Any changes due to production, artist signing or international transport will be announced on the Wadiz project page.
Shipping coverage and overseas delivery
Originals ship within Korea only. Editions ship within Korea and to designated overseas countries; please check Wadiz rewards for eligible destinations and country-specific shipping fees. Any local customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees for overseas editions are paid by the buyer.
Exchanges, refunds and production specifications
Funding, payment, shipping, exchanges and refunds follow Wadiz policies and the project’s notices. Confirmed paper, printing, packaging and shipping conditions will be stated on the Wadiz project before publication.
